Too Old for Summer Camp??? Don’t Worry, We’ve Got Your Back!!

Due to overwhelming demand, we will be offering a session for elite campers who have aged out of our traditional camp programs. If you are a current Junior or Senior in High School, we would love to have you join us for the week of August 2-6, for a special program of work, kindness, and summer celebration!

Interested? Here’s what you need to know:

Many of you have been coming to the Farm School for years, as students and campers. Now is the time for you to become true partners in the work of the farm, to give more to the program and to the land than you ever have before. In this special week, you will have the opportunity to take more responsibility, to accomplish bigger tasks, take on bigger roles, and quite simply to own more and more of the work that makes this place so magical. Staffing will be minimal… this week will be all about you. What better time and place to see just how much a group of Farm School veterans can accomplish?!

Due to food and staffing costs, there will be a $350 charge for this week’s program. This fee will allow us to keep the fixed costs covered.

Congratulations Superheroes, our program is a go!!! Though we are still accepting registrations, the first annual Superheroes session has reached critical mass, and we will be running in August! Plans are already in place for a wonderful week of projects and fun. For those already enrolled, thanks for making this week a reality, and tell your friends to sign up soon!!!

Help make your mark at the Farm School this summer!

Camp for 5th - 10th Graders

Each summer, The Farm School provides children with an extended time to be at the farm outside of coming with their school. During the week-long summer sessions, they have the time to get to experience the Farm School on an individual and more personal level. The programs are shepherded by our experienced staff of farmers and teachers.

For those who have come during the school year, we will be doing much the same as you remember - chores, work projects, crafts, tracking - with the addition of an afternoon swim at a nearby state park. For all of you, new and returning, here are some of the things you can look forward to: milking cows, gardening, building, hiking, swimming, cooking, caring for animals, working in the woods, singing, haying, star gazing, shooting hoops, sawing timber, throwing frisbees and enjoying the summer breezes with new and old friends.

For children currently in 5th - 7th grades (deposit of $350 required)
Session I: June 14 - 18
Session II: June 21 - June 25

For children currently in 6th - 8th grades (deposit of $350 required)
Session III: June 28 - July 2
Session IV: July 5 - 9

For children currently in 8th - 10th grades (deposit of $700 required)
Session V: July 12 - 22

Tuition is $725 for the 5 day sessions and $1450 for the 11 day session. Deposits are refunded ONLY IF we are able to fill your withdrawn spot.
LIMITED Financial aid is available upon request.
